Three things, and that is the whole list. No monthly fee, no setup fee, and nothing to pay for the tablet app.
Taken out of your food total at settlement. This is the usual rate; it is set per restaurant and we agree yours before you go live.
A percentage of the food, plus £0.50 that covers what the payment providers charge us — Skrill, card processing, the transfers. None of it comes out of your money.
£0.00 to start plus £1.00 a mile, never under £1.99. It pays the driver who comes to your door.
Commission, delivery rate, minimum order, how long you need to cook — all of it is set per restaurant, not fixed for everybody. The figures above are where the conversation starts, not where it ends. A busy kitchen doing 300 orders a week and a place opening next month should not be on the same terms, and they are not.
Cash orders work the same — what the driver collects is squared up with you at settlement. Every single order shows its own breakdown in your panel, down to the penny.

What you sold, what you are owed, what came in as cash. Every order shows how its total was split.
